The government has started strict monitoring of activities involving government employees in the name of trade unions. The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration is regularly monitoring such activities and is prepared to take necessary action if any activity affecting service delivery is found. Recently, after the government abolished the political and party-affiliated trade unions under the civil service through an ordinance, there has been dissatisfaction among the employee organizations. After that, some organizations protested against the government's decision and even warned of a movement. This has made the atmosphere within the government apparatus more sensitive.
According to Ministry sources, if employees are found to be involved in activities of an organizational or political nature beyond their regular administrative responsibilities, arrangements have been made to ask for clarifications, give warnings and even take legal and administrative action if necessary. According to the government, the main objective is to make service delivery fair, efficient and orderly by reducing political influence in government services. Therefore, the activities of staff organizations will now be more strictly monitored.
They have also shown the possibility of a movement.
