Kumari Bank Limited has contributed Rs 3 crore to the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund established by the government for relief, rescue, search and rehabilitation in Rasuwa flood-affected areas. Kumari Bank's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ramchandra Khanal along with high officials of the bank reached the Ministry of Finance on Thursday and the Czech Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim handed over to Wagle. The government is collecting support through the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund to rescue the citizens affected by the floods in Rasuwa, distribute relief, search for missing persons and raise the necessary resources for rehabilitation in the affected areas.
At the same time, with the aim of mobilizing the support received through a one-door system, Finance Minister Wagle is accepting the support received from various organizations and the private sector. Kumari Bank has contributed Rs 3 crore to the fund with the aim of providing assistance to the affected citizens during the calamity. It is expected that this support of the bank will help in the mobilization of necessary resources for relief, rescue and rehabilitation in Rasuwa flood affected areas.
