According to the information released by the institute, three advanced training levels will be conducted namely beautician (advance), electricity connection (advance) and tailoring (advance). The duration of each of these trainings will be 195 hours and 20/20 trainees will participate in each subject. Similarly, basic level training for auto mechanics will be conducted. Its duration will be longer than the other three trainings ie 390 hours. According to the institute, 20 trainees will also be selected for auto mechanics basic training. According to this, a total of 80 people will get the opportunity to get free skill training in all the four trainings.

In order to participate in the advanced training of beautician, electrical connection and cutting and sewing, the basic training in the related subjects should be done before. It is mentioned in the notification that the person applying should submit a certificate of having received at least 390 hours of basic training in the relevant subject or proof of qualification. Also, the required educational qualification certificate should be submitted along with the application.

Basic training in auto mechanics does not require prior skill training like advanced training. But the applicant must have passed at least class 8th. With the application form, the certificate of Nepalese citizenship and the certificate confirming the minimum educational qualification must also be submitted. There is also an age limit for applying for the training. The age of the applicant should have completed 18 years and not more than 45 years by the last date of application. It seems that the selection process of the people who have applied for the training will be through interview. The date of conducting the interview and the date of commencement of the training is currently not fixed in the notification. The institute said that these dates will be decided and informed later.
