The Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RASWPA) has decided to recommend Amresh Kumar Singh for the charge of Industry, Commerce and Supply Ministry in the next government. The meeting of the party held on Friday decided to make Singh a minister in the government led by the Prime Minister. Singh was earlier elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Sarlahi Constituency No. 4 after defeating Nepali Congress President and former Minister Gagan Thapa.
He is scheduled to be sworn in as a minister today. With this decision, Singh will get an opportunity to lead an important ministry in the new government.
