Reliance Nepal Life’s initial public offering (IPO) has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
The company has issued a total of 4 million shares for IPO on NEPSE. Out of this, 12 million shares have been allocated for the general public and 28 million shares, including the investment made by the company’s founders, have been listed on NEPSE.
The NEPSE has set a price range of NPR 162.29 to NPR 486.87 for its initial transaction . Based on this price range, the trading of the company’s shares will commence in the secondary market from today .
NEPSE provides companies with a price range for their initial business that is up to three times their net worth. The company’s trading symbol for business is ‘RNLI’.
The company has issued shares for a total of Rs 257 per share with a face value of Rs 100 per share plus a premium of Rs 157.
