The share trading of Sun Nepal Life Insurance has started from today .
In the special pre-open session, the trading was opened at 475 rupees 20 paise per share of the company. Based on the same price, there will be regular transactions. The company’s share trading has been opened under the symbol ‘SNLI’.
A total of 32 million IPO shares of the company were listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Tuesday. The company has listed 9.6 million shares sold to Nepalis working abroad, collective investment fund, general public including employees and 22.4 million shares invested by the founding shareholders and listed in NEPSE.
The company had a price range of Rs 158 41 paisa to Rs 475 23 paisa for the first transaction. The company’s first business was opened within the same range.
NEPSE sets a price range for the first transaction up to three times the actual net worth of the company.
