Regulatory body Nepal Securities Board Sebon has given permission to Vision Lumbini Energy Company Limited to issue IPO.
Tej Prasad Devkota, information officer, said that Sebon had given permission to the company to issue a total of 38 lakh 25 thousand shares in the IPO on Bhadra 5. The sales manager is Muktinath Capital Limited.
After the company gets approval to issue IPO, in the first phase, local residents and Nepalis who have gone to work abroad will be expelled. After that, in the second phase, IPO will be issued for the general public. The company is constructing a 25 MW Setinadi hydroelectric project in Setinadi located in Machhapuchhre Rural Municipality of Kaski.
