The 6th Annual General Meeting of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited was held under the chairmanship of Uday Nepali Shrestha, the Chairman of the company.
The meeting approved the sixth annual report of the Board of Directors, A.V. The financial statements of 2078/079 and proposals to appoint an auditor have been unanimously passed. Chairman Nepali Shrestha and Chief Executive Officer Narayan Babu Lohani answered the questions raised by the shareholders in the meeting.
On this occasion, he expressed his gratitude to the insured, agents, agency managers, regulatory bodies, founders, employees, journalists and all well-wishers and concerned dignitaries who helped the company to reach this point.
