Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has submitted an application to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for a Further Public Offering (FPO).
The company plans to issue 46,730 units of FPO at a face value of NPR 100 each on the 18th of Bhadra. Once approved by SEBON, the FPO will only be issued to public . The company aims to raise an additional NPR 46,72,954.5 from the FPO sales.
The company is currently undergoing a restructuring process, with the goal of increasing promoter ownership to 70.36% and public ownership to 29.64%. As part of this process, 30% of the FPO will be allocated to the general public.
