Sopan Multiple Company Limited has called a special general meeting. In this meeting scheduled for 27th of May next, in-depth proposals such as making necessary amendments to the company's charter, increasing the paid-up capital and issuing ordinary shares (IPO) at a premium price will be presented. In the special general meeting, the proposal to amend the articles of association by making necessary changes to the main purpose of the company has been kept as the first priority. Likewise, a proposal to increase the paid-up capital and amend the memorandum of association accordingly will also be presented to strengthen the company's strong financial condition.
Most importantly, Sopan Multiple plans to issue an IPO at a premium price to attract general investors and raise the necessary capital for the company's growth. In addition to this, the proposal to give the board of directors all the authority to further amend and modify the charter and regulations as needed is also included in the agenda of the meeting. This decision is believed to open new doors for the future of the company.
