Yeti Airlines issuing IPO to public

In order to facilitate this historic IPO issuance process, NIMB S Capital Ltd. has been entrusted with the responsibility of securities issuance and sales manager. The agreement regarding the IPO issuance was signed by Chief Financial Officer Anup Acharya on behalf of Yeti Airlines and Deputy Chief Executive Officer Sachindra Dhungana on behalf of sales manager NIMB S Capital. The deal formalized the company's journey towards a public offering.
