Unstoppable Hydropower Issuing IPO To Public

Aviral Hydropower Company Limited is going to do Initial Public Offering (IPO) for general public. The company has called a special general meeting of the general public to pass the resolution in this regard. In this meeting which will start from 11 am at the registered office of the company in Jhapa on 16th June, the special proposal to sell the shares of the company to the general public will be discussed. In addition, a resolution to delegate all the necessary powers to the board of directors will also be passed in order to proceed with the IPO issuance process in a smooth and orderly manner. This decision is expected to play an important role in the capital expansion of the company.
