Three companies' IPOs are being issued to the general public.

Three companies have filed applications with the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue securities (IPO) to the general public. Doleshwar Village Resort and Farm House Limited, Bhagwati Steel Industries Limited and Asian Concrete Limited have started the process by seeking approval of the IPO issue from the regulatory body SEBON. In this regard, Doleshwar Village Resort and Farm House Limited has submitted an application for allotment of ordinary shares worth a total of 16 lakh 20 thousand shares to the general public. Similarly, Asian Concrete Limited has applied with a proposal to issue 1 million 62 thousand 500 ordinary shares.
On the other hand, Bhagwati Steel Industries Limited has submitted an application to Sebon to issue 1.5 million shares at a premium price. The company has said that it will issue shares at Rs 233 per share (including premium price). The general public will get the opportunity to invest in the shares of these companies only after Sebon completes the necessary regulatory process on the application of these companies.
