The government will give up to 2 lakhs to start-up entrepreneurs! Here's an easy way to get involved

The National Youth Council is going to organize a special exhibition targeting information technology and startup professionals under the approved program of the financial year 2082/083. According to the council, arrangements have been made to select 15 best startup businessmen for this program and make presentations and exhibitions at the central level. Prizes of Rs 2 lakh each will be awarded to 6 businessmen who perform best in the program. It is expected to encourage innovative entrepreneurs and create new opportunities in the startup sector.

Interested young entrepreneurs who have completed 16 years and not reached 40 years can apply through the online portal of Rashtriya Yuva Parishad till 12 midnight on 11th Baisakh, 2083. Arrangements have been made to facilitate the application process by the Federation of Nepal Industry and Commerce and various regional industry and commerce associations. It is believed that this program will attract young people towards entrepreneurship and technology-oriented businesses and help in the development of startup culture at the national level.
