Finance Minister's post-budget press meet today to clarify the budget

Kathmandu, May 17. After announcing the budget for the next fiscal year 2083/84 Swarnim Wagle is going to have a post-budget interaction with the media today (Sunday). According to the Ministry of Finance, a press conference has been organized at 3 pm to inform about the budget priorities, programs and various arrangements. Normally, the finance minister holds a press conference the day after the budget is presented, but this year, the program has been moved to Sunday as the next day falls on a Saturday.

Finance Minister Wagle presented the budget of 21 trillion 24 billion 34 crore rupees for the next financial year in the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament on 15th June. It is expected that the various aspects of the budget will be clarified in today's press conference.
