Everyone must stand on the path of self-purification, the 'sweat share' of media workers will also be opened - Sudhan Gurung

Sudhan Gurung, who has resigned from the post of Home Minister, has made it clear that he has fulfilled his moral responsibility. He emphasized that even those who envisage 'Ram Rajya' should show sacrifice and moral courage. According to Gurung, morality is greater for him than any position, and public trust is the greatest power. He has said that he has resigned with immediate effect to ensure that there is a fair investigation into the matters linked to his name, and that there is no conflict of interest during his tenure as a minister.

Writing on social network Facebook, Gurung has said, "How many media friends have sweat equity, it will be revealed gradually. However, those who want 'Ramrajya' should be able to show sacrifice and moral courage." He pointed out that the movement raised by the current generation (Jenji) demanding good governance, transparency and accountability in the country has given the same message. He said that public life should be clean and leadership should be responsible.

"If anyone questions the government built on the blood and sacrifice of my 46 brothers and sisters, the answer is morality. I have fulfilled my moral responsibility," said Gurung. Addressing media friends, common Nepali brothers, sisters and youth, he added, "If we really want change, everyone must stand in the way of truth, honesty and self-purification."
