Change in Sanigad Hydro's IPO issue: When is the issue happening?

Sanigad Hydro Limited has changed the date of its initial public offering (IPO) called for by the general public. Earlier it was said that the sale will be opened from 14th to 20th of June, but now the IPO is going to be issued from 18th of June to 21st. On the occasion of Bakr Eid (Eid-ul-Azha) festival, the government has declared a public holiday on 14th of May, and there are four consecutive days off from 14th of May to 17th of May. Keeping this in mind, the company has revised its IPO release schedule.
Under this issue, the company will sell 46 lakh 74 thousand shares to the general public at a face value of Rs 100 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares. If the application is not received as per the demand within the stipulated period (until 21st of June), the deadline of IPO issue will be extended till 1st of June. Lakshmi Sunrise Capital Limited is acting as the issuing and selling manager for this IPO.
