All Nepal Infrastructure issuing IPO for public.

All Nepal Infrastructure Development Company Limited has convened its Annual General Meeting with an important proposal to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public. According to the decision of the board of directors of the company, the meeting will be held on June 8 at the central office in Tripureshwar, Kathmandu from 8 am. In the main agenda of the general meeting, the final decision will be taken after a detailed discussion on the proposal to issue the initial public offering (IPO) along with the proposal to make necessary amendments to the company's charter and regulations. In addition to this, if there is a situation where there is a need to add or modify the proposed amendment as per the instructions received from the regulatory body, the proposal to grant the necessary authority to the board of directors for that purpose is also included in the meeting's agenda. This meeting is expected to take important decisions that will guide the future of the company.
