Nepal Electronic Payment Systems Limited (NEPS) has called for a general meeting, including a proposal to issue an IPO at a premium price. The meeting will commence from 4:00 PM on the 23rd of Kartik at Araniko Boutique Hotel, Hattisar, Kathmandu.

During the meeting, the company will present a special proposal regarding the IPO, including the premium price. Additionally, there is a proposal to distribute 20% bonus shares and a 1.053% cash dividend from last year’s profits.

There will also be discussions regarding the adjustment for losses from the fiscal year 2079-80. The appointment of auditors and determination of remuneration for the fiscal year 2080-81 will also be on the agenda.
