Hilton Hydro Energy Limited is going to issue an IPO.
The company has called a general meeting with a proposal to issue an IPO. The company has called the second general meeting on Bhadra 28. It has been informed that the meeting will start at 10 am in the registered office of the company, K.M.N.Pa 30 Dnyaneshwar, Kathmandu. In that meeting, the company has proposed to do initial public issue of shares.
In addition, the assembly will discuss and pass the annual report for the financial year 2079/80 and also approve the proposal to appoint an auditor for 2080/81 and determine his remuneration. After the resolution is passed by the general meeting, the company will proceed with the IPO issue process.
