Five companies, namely Yambaling Hydropower, Apex Hospitality, Mawilung Energy, S.Y. Panel Nepal, and Jagadamba Steels, have applied for permission to launch an IPO with the SEBON.

Among these, Jagadamba Steels has proposed to issue 2,700,000 shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share, with an additional premium of NPR 200, totaling NPR 300 per share. After obtaining approval, they plan to sell an equivalent of NPR 600 million worth of shares. According to the credit rating agency Informatics Credit Rating Nepal Limited, Jagadamba Steels Limited conducted a business worth NPR 4.0172 billion in the fiscal year 2023.

Likewise, S.Y. Panel Nepal has proposed to issue 5,232,548 shares at NPR 100 face value, resulting in a total of NPR 523.2548 million in share issuance. The sale management for this will be handled by Prabhu Capital. Additionally, Mawilung Energy Limited has sought permission to issue 1,890,530 shares at NPR 100 per share, totaling NPR 189.053 million.

The sale management for this will be handled by Laxmi Capital. Apex Hospitality Limited also plans to issue 2,400,000 shares at NPR 100 face value, equivalent to NPR 240 million.

Himalayan Capital will manage the sale for this company. Finally, Yambaling Hydropower Limited has proposed to issue 2,800,000 shares at NPR 100 face value, totaling NPR 280 million. MuktiNath Capital will manage the sale for Yambaling Hydropower Limited. Once they obtain permission from the Securities Board of Nepal, they will proceed with the IPO sale.
